Kristina We got from point A to point B, but it was the most chaotic transfer service we used in Vietnam. Firstly we were not sure if we were on the right bus - it was not informative at all. We traveled the first 3 km of the way for one hour, making strange stops in the middle of nowhere to pick up more passengers which obviously delayed our journey. The driver was agressive, the sound of the horn was the worst we ever heard in Vietnam - it made the way so much stressful.

Sophie Bus/van was over booked as there was not enough seats, one of us had to squeeze into the middle seat in the front. Furthermore we got dropped off at a different location 20 minutes away from the location on our ticket, and staff were not helpful and didn’t understand the issue. finally they booked us a car to the location. Overall felt there was a lack of organisation. Disappointed by the service.
