Tobias LIt was stated that the journey would end at the market. In fact, during the journey, it was announced that the final stop was the Sapa Express Office, which is located somewhere else.
However, I did not understand from the announcement on the bus that the final destination had been changed to a different stop. How was I supposed to know that the Sapa Express Office is located somewhere else? The original destination was Hang Da Market, and that is where I expected the journey to end.

Alfonso FWe arrived at the station almost an hour early, and the person at the counter told us our bus was delayed due to road problems and rain. They rebooked us on a bus leaving half an hour earlier than the one we had booked and changed our ticket. When we finally got on the bus—all in the pouring rain because it was an incredible downpour—they told us that wasn't our bus and sent us to another one. When we got to the second one, they told us no, that wasn't it either. We were left waiting for about 15 minutes with all our luggage soaked, and of course, we were also about to miss our bus. Nobody was giving us any alternatives because only those two buses were running, and it was incredibly chaotic. When they finally let us board a bus, which we had to do in a hurry because it was about to leave, we got on completely drenched, and what we thought was going to be a peaceful trip turned into a real ordeal.
We got the back seats, which we think also played a part, since the bus's inertia affects the rear more than the front. The road is terrible, the bus driver was going very fast, and it was completely impossible to rest for more than 10 minutes at a time because he kept swerving and braking suddenly. We were banging against the roof of the bus since we were in the upper cabins.
When we arrived at our stop, which was the airport stop, nobody notified us. Luckily, since we hadn't slept at all, we were able to get out, and when we got off, our suitcases were already loose in the street.
We think there should be some other way of notifying passengers, since if you're in a moderately deep sleep, it's completely impossible to know which stop you're at. So, for my partner and me, the experience was absolutely awful, not only because of the operator's lack of organization but also because of the driver's lack of professionalism.

Vanessa RIt was something different to sleep in a bus, it was a luxury way to go to sapa and I would definetly use this bus again, FWY: GET MOTION SICKNESS just in case and also if you want to sleep whole trip, because it is a curvy road.

My friend left her cell phone on the bus, so we contacted G8 office immediately, they read my message but no answer after 2 days.
I bought insurance and advanced customer service option, WHICH WAS USELESS. Never buy this option.

Jared TWas a good transport, but I am confused because they made me meet at a location to be picked up for the van, but they picked up everyone else from their hotel and even passed by mine to pick up someone. The driver on the way out of Sapa hit a motorbike in traffic, but kept moving along. Then, when we stopped for the second break, he followed closely behind the van in front that the toll gate didn’t have time to register and it came slamming down on the windscreen. I’m sitting in the front seat. Not a great experience. But we made it back to Hanoi.

Paul RThe be honest the pick up was on time and the car was very nice.
But the driver, he maybe was a nice guy, but he was on his phone playing a game all the time, even when putting our bags into the car and while driving. He was like 1 second looking on the road and 2 second on his phone playing the game while driving. We lost track all the time and drove wavy lines all the time so even other cars got angry about us because they could not pass. Arriving then was late.
