Everything was fine, WhatsApp team was great, but then before Hoian driver asked us to leave the bus, it was cold and rainy.. we couldn’t understand why!? Then one taxi driver was with bad attitude and asked us where we need to go, I was telling him my reference number, but he was just yelling.. and didn’t understand anything.. unpleasant. But then came lady from agency, (agency was next to the corner, maybe next time it’s possible to save passengers nerves from situations like this and explain in WhatsApp that we are changing a car?) she saved all situation.

Communication was off completely. The driver was running late, so I was waiting for him for 45 minutes. Then was told, I'm at a different location, even though I was at the location they gave me. Then, right when we arrive to Hanoi, the driver tells us all to get out. No explanation at all. It felt sketchy, especially for someone who is a foreigner and doesn't speak Vietnamese. Nothing was communicated. Then they have us change cars, and another driver picks me up. I asked the dispatcher if they could drop me off near my hotel, since it's only 2 mins drive, and they said no. The new driver didn't mind at all and stopped right at my hotel. Communication could be so much better. This felt too stressful for no reason.

The van was old and the seats make a lot of squeaky sounds. But the warse is that the dropped us in the middle of the way next to their Hanoi office and asked us to move to a much smaller car that wasn’t enough to take 7 passengers.
