We were charged an extra 160,000 VND, and told we would not be picked up if we didn’t pay. The journey was overbooked and people were crammed in sharing seats. The bus arrived an hour later than scheduled.

The pick up was very late, around 45 minutes late and we have never been informed until we reached out to the support number. We were also not informed in advance that we would be picked up by a separate car and then transferred to the main bus. The process was not clearly explained. The only information we received was from the first driver, who told us to “stay in the car, the van will pick you up soon” while parking on a very dark street. Then the real transfer worked fine and we arrived to our destination almost on time.

The van came on time and the van is as comfortable as expected. It arrived at the destination basically on time. The bad things are, the driver kept talking on the phone loudly, which was quite annoying, and he drove a little crazy.

The driver was late to pick us up (we were the first stop on his journey) and also made several stops along the way to pick up packages and drop them off on our journey which resulted in us being over an hour late to our destination vs the arrival time we were told upon booking. This was a stress for us as we had a time constraint for boarding our cruise in Ha Long Bay as did almost everyone else in our limousine.

Good communication bij the company. We had to change busses 2 times (on a 5h journey). The 1st and 3rd driver were fine but the 2nd was driving like crazy, driving on the wrong side and almost crashing into other cars. The company promised to drop us of at the hotel bus the last driver didn't do it nor spoke English to explain. We just had to get out on the side of the road.
