DO NOT BOOK THIS RIDE IF YOU ARE FOREIGNER. This is not a service for tourists, it is provided by a particular in a very informal manner. They will annoy you all day with calls and texts to change the pickup hours and location at their convenience, regardless of the pickup time in your purchased ticket. After the pickup, they will bring to the sketchiest areas of the city to pick up other local customers, and the lack of communication with the driver really makes you think if you are getting kidnapped, quite stressing. It is not a mini bus or a limousine service, it’s a particular big car, in my case even without seatbelt in my seat, which makes it even more problematic given that the driver is EXTREMELY dangerous (even for Vietnamese standards), the worst experience of my life. He will try to get between lines of vehicles to go through faster, it was a miracle that we did not have an accident. When booking in Vietnam, better use the services of companies like G8 or HK Buslines. Those are clean, comfortable and great transport experiences.

The ride was extremely bumpy, all of the forward seats were occupied so I got one of the three seats in the back that could not lean back further. I could not sleep very well for the ride either due to the massive bumps.

I had a wonderful experience with this service. The car was new, spotless, and very well maintained. Before the trip, the operator answered all of my questions and provided the vehicle details, which really helped ease my anxiety. Although the driver and I spoke different languages, he used Google Translate to communicate with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He regularly checked if I was okay, asked whether I needed a restroom break, and even made sure I wasn't too tired during the trip. The driver was incredibly caring, polite, and professional. I felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after from start to finish.

❌ If you’ve a DEATH WISH book these guys ❌ I thought we were going to die about 10 times. Tailgating, swerving in and out of lanes, cutting off drivers and just down right dangerous driving. Brother needs to slow the FK down. My wife was car sick from the entire ride and I was really concerned for my safety.

Received a message at noon the day of pickup stating a pickup time one hour before our scheduled time. Then, two hours before the scheduled pickup time I received a call and text that my driver was waiting. We made it work since we feared that we’d be stranded.

  • Van drivers are notorious for their driving style. Though many companies enforce strict speed limits on their vehicles they are often not observed. This is probably a major downside of van travel in some countries. Anyway, if speed limits are violated do not be shy to ask the driver to go slower. Normally there will be an information plate with the telephone numbers to call if your driver violates traffic rules – report each such case without hesitation. Also, do leave your review if not satisfied with the service to warn other travellers.
  • It is compulsory to use belts for all the van passengers. Even if your driver does not insist on it, use the belt for your own safety. Belts are sometimes fixed behind your seat – do not hesitate to release them and use as they are intended to be used.
  • Many vans do not have scheduled departures but depart when full. Sometimes waiting periods can be long, especially if you happen to come immediately after the previous van has departed or just in the end of the day when there are not so many passengers. Always make sure you understand whether your ticket is for a scheduled trip or otherwise.
