Kseniia KBad experience. Bus didn’t calculate capacity for number of passengers, so initial car was cancelled and another one was scheduled only later. The whole schedule change was communicated two hours before the departure, so it wasn’t possible to plan the day differently.
In addition to that, when seated, international people have been highly discriminated, with local people being prioritized to choose seats as they prefer and others being shifted to their preference several times.
Mid way the wheel had to be changed, so we had to stop at the highway to have it done, which is also not adding to safety of passengers (not the mistake of the driver, but car maintenance is a must when you transfer people long distance).
Service not helpful and rude.
Highly do not recommend taking Techbus VN JSC.

Elias We had in total 1 1/2 hours delay. At first we need to wait for an hour at the office to wait for the taxi. Then the taxi got us a bit outside of Hanoi where we need to wait another half an hour to wait for the limousine. All in all of the Limousine was fine, but the waiting was annoying. - Ensure to check carefully from where your van departs. In many cases vans are stationed not at the city main bus station but elsewhere. - Van drivers are notorious for their driving style. Though many companies enforce strict speed limits on their vehicles they are often not observed. This is probably a major downside of van travel in some countries. Anyway, if speed limits are violated do not be shy to ask the driver to go slower. Normally there will be an information plate with the telephone numbers to call if your driver violates traffic rules – report each such case without hesitation. - It is compulsory to use belts for all the van passengers. Even if your driver does not insist on it, use the belt for your own safety. Belts are sometimes fixed behind your seat – do not hesitate to release them and use as they are intended to be used.
- Many vans do not have scheduled departures but depart when full. Sometimes waiting periods can be long, especially if you happen to come immediately after the previous van has departed or just in the end of the day when there are not so many passengers. Always make sure you understand whether your ticket is for a scheduled trip or otherwise. Normally operators who allow online booking of their tickets, provide scheduled service meaning your van will depart on time no matter how many passengers show up for the trip.
