It was so bad and u fair. The operator wanted us to pay 20€ extra because we’re the only passengers that booked that time to Marrakesh. We offered to wait u til the next people that booked but he said it’s not allowed so we still need to pay 20€ extra for nothing. The operator was not helpful at all to fixed the problem he just keep saying to cancel and book again.the driver was good and trying to help but the operator was so bad!!!😡

Pick up was earlier than expectet and at a different location. The ride was quite comfortable although much longer than expected. Unfortunatly the driver was certanly rude and the promise of a direct transfer to our hotel wasn‘t kept as the driver kicked everyone left in the shuttle of mid the medina at some point. Bit of a disappointment. Would rather recommend other bus and shuttle services.

The driver drove too fast, when the speed limit was 100 km/h he drove 150, he was answering to his mobile or checking messages. In the small villages he drove at less 90 km/h.

It was laborious to deal with buying, requesting refund, etc. I ended up paying for 3 tickets for 2 persons then they changed the time …. The actual ride was perfect. Comfortable vehicle and pleasant driver.

Everything good! We booked a transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech. In the beginning I was a bit suspicious if it would work out well, because at first we didn't get a reply from the driver about our meeting point. But in the end we had a good driver who came on time and brought us fast and save to Marrakech! And also the price was super fair. I can really recommend the company!
