Edward HThis is a shared minivan (not the taxi pictured). We arrived 2.5 hours later than the stated time (6pm). The transfer also included people staying in different parts of Bali (we had paid for a transfer to Ubud and they were staying in Seminyak). Communication was poor from the company, heard nothing until I messaged them on the morning of our travel.

Matthew BOur driver (Mr Rival M Helmy) was excellent he managed to get us to our destination in good time, and communicated with us early as where we should meet after ferry arrival. The only drawback was getting onto the ferry we had no communication regarding tickets and had to reach out to Bali Magir for more information although they were very quick to respond and resolve.
