Jorrit MPeople at the office were rude. Bus was on time but not super comfortable, you felt the metal frame underneath the seat.
Seatbelt was super tight and constantly was pulling.
Itinerary said we would arrive at 7:30 but at 5:30 the lights were turned on and hard music started playing, we arrive 2 hours earlier.

Phoi LUnfortunately not as good an experience as our HK buslines journey from Hanoi.Airport to Sapa. This booking from Sapa to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh was for a 10am departure, however, when we checked in we were told it was a 10:30am departure, however the bus did not actually leave until 11:am, Therefore we arrived in Tam Coc at 7:30pm rather than the 6pm stated time. The driver and ride/comfortability itself was good but feel more details should be provided regarding the journey at the time of booking to avoid any confusion. I thought this was a direct bus to Tam Coc, however, the bus made several stops: Hanoi Airport, followed by a stop at HK Buslines’ offices in Hanoi, and finally ended in Ninh Binh, where you then have to disembark and then board a transfer van which takes you into Tam Coc.

Patrick VWe had ordered a VIP bus, but were picked up in a car that had to accommodate the four of us plus our luggage. This is not what we paid for, nor is it what we booked. Even if someone was ill, we still could have been picked up in a VIP bus. Instead, the five of us—including the driver—were crammed into a small car, which felt anything but VIP. The solution provided was terrible and not what we are used to.

The bus delayed 1h 30m because they stopped in Hanoi to change the bus.
The bus’s indicator was making a lot of noise and I couldnt sleep

Jonathan CUnfortunately, not having a toilet on the bus for a night trip and not saying nothing about it, makes the trip quite uneasy.

Mariana ESleeper bus was good until suddenly screaming to get out of the bus and waait, to then be transferring us to a van in hanoi, which was never cleared informed on the ticket!! and after another van again to nihn bihn. Such a tiring experience, would not recommend! Bus +v11 was not great experience overall
In all these transfers lost my favorite jumper which they didn’t respond at first, and after just said it was not there. And it could not have been anywhere else…

Anna GWe booked a trip from SaPa to Tam Coc and had to switch vehicles 3 times which wasn‘t communicated beforehand. We had to wait in Hanoi at 4:30 am for 1 hour without anybody knowing when our travel will be continued. From Hanoi, we only had seats and not sleeper seats which we originally booked. Not a good experience for night travels.

Benjamin VWe booked a ride at 10:30, but they cancelled the ride at 10:30. So we we’re forced to take the one at 11:30.
Also bad communication….They promised a pick up from our hotel because it was with in 3km of the office. When I asked several times about it in the chat, they ignored the question and just firmly said we have to be at the office around 11:00.
Vehicle was very comfortable!
