I paid double the price for the facilities such as a very important reclining seat for a flat bed which was basically the only reason I booked this company that was more expensive, this resulted in me getting absolutely zero sleep the entire bus ride as well as my 6’3 partner being very uncomfortable. However none of the facilities were working at all no the tv, lights, headphones etc. and there was no communication about the controls not working. It also would have been good to be aware of when the toilet stops would happen and to be informed prior that there is no toilet on board.

I have a great experience with S-Trip from Sapa to Ninh Binh. I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the trip felt. The staff help me take luggage to the bus it great!!! The bus very new and clean!!! Everything is best and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

Overall, the trip was okay, but there were a few issues. The bus left 30 minutes late and arrived 1.5 hours behind schedule. There was no toilet on board, and we only made two stops throughout the 8-hour journey, which wasn't very convenient. Still, we got to our destination safely.

⭐ Good experience overall Everything was correct and the service worked as expected. The driver was friendly and helpful, and at each stop he clearly informed us how much time we had and what we could do during the break. We travelled to Tam Coc and everything went smoothly. The sleeper bed was also more comfortable than those we have had with other companies offering a similar service. Overall, everything was well organised and we had a good experience. Recommended!

Had do switch to a car and a limousine in Hanoi through rush hour. Arrival at Ninh Binh 90 minutes delayed. Communication was bad. Would not recommend to book this trip.

People at the office were rude. Bus was on time but not super comfortable, you felt the metal frame underneath the seat. Seatbelt was super tight and constantly was pulling. Itinerary said we would arrive at 7:30 but at 5:30 the lights were turned on and hard music started playing, we arrive 2 hours earlier.

Unfortunately not as good an experience as our HK buslines journey from Hanoi.Airport to Sapa. This booking from Sapa to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh was for a 10am departure, however, when we checked in we were told it was a 10:30am departure, however the bus did not actually leave until 11:am, Therefore we arrived in Tam Coc at 7:30pm rather than the 6pm stated time. The driver and ride/comfortability itself was good but feel more details should be provided regarding the journey at the time of booking to avoid any confusion. I thought this was a direct bus to Tam Coc, however, the bus made several stops: Hanoi Airport, followed by a stop at HK Buslines’ offices in Hanoi, and finally ended in Ninh Binh, where you then have to disembark and then board a transfer van which takes you into Tam Coc.

The beds are very confortable. The bus delayed 1h 30m because they stopped in Hanoi to change the bus. The bus’s indicator was making a lot of noise and I couldnt sleep
