We were already sitting in the bus (not the right seat numbers) when everyone had to move to another bus, from another company. This was a very old bus with broken seats. It was very uncomfortable also because there was no stop on the way from Marrakech to Essaouira.

The car did not turn up, with the supplied phone number we could not get through. After 90 min waiting in the heat we organized a taxi which took us from Marrakesh to Essaouira. We expect a refund from you!

The directions to the departure location were very unclear. The bus did not have air conditioning. My luggage was placed where sheep had been transported! It wasn't clear that any luggage you had would have an extra charge. And the bus left about 40 minutes late! Fortunately there were many kind people who helped me. And I was thankful to have the ride on what turned out to be a very busy travel day

Driver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.
