Sandra PBus, departure time and arrival location all not as described when I booked the ticket. Not a problem if it was communicated clearly, the bus ride itself was fine, but I don't want to wait 1,5 hour at 6:30 in the morning for no reason and be dropped of at another location. Busses are not allowed to stop at Sorakhutte anymore so they need to change that online.

Clarence EGreat experience. A representative from the bus company contacted me on the day itself with instructions on how to get ready to board the bus.
Room for improvement: if possible to inform the passengers about the name of the bus company and bus number ahead of time, so that it can be communicated to the chief supervisor at the Bus Park for alignment 😉

Darren TSeats are slightly small due to the 2x2 configuration. However, it is comfy, and there is water and a small packet of peanuts provided. Did not try to use the washroom.

Lok YThe design of the seats does not make sense at all - there is zero support for the neck/ waist, and the space is too narrow for legs to fit in - once anyone tried to incline their chair, your legs would suffer. Comparing to the Rainbow one that we took to Pokhara, this long journey was a suffering on.

Sinchai AThe service was excellent and very attentive. Traveling by bus around Nepal was very convenient thanks to great communication and constant updates on the journey. Before each trip in Nepal, they sent confirmation tickets, and some companies even arranged for someone to pick us up and escort us to the bus. It was a truly exceptional and memorable service in Nepal.

Florence The staff were very pleasant ,professional and helpful but the seats on the front of the bus look very spacious and comfortable, mine was at the back , it seems they added some extra seats between because it was no legs room whatsoever, my legs were folded on one side for the all trip , i've never been so uncomfortable on a tourist bus ! Luckily I could move to a middle seat when a passenger left one hour before we arrived ! What a difference on leg room and comfort! I paid the same price ! The seats should be all the same for everyone!
Or the back seats should be half price !
