Aymeric SThey couldn't get my bicycle into the trap of the bus so they asked me to sent it in a dedicated bus. The bicycle should arrive the day after, it arrived 3 days later. I was not called to be warned of the delay neither when the bicycle was arrived. All the team was very smiling but the service for my bicycle was not good
