I would not recommend this company if you want to go the Kep. I asked twice, to two different people, if this was the bus to Kep and they said yes. It was suppose to stop at Kep on the way to the Vietnam boarder but this did not happen. I asked in the van when they dropped off a colleague if I should get off for Kep as we weren't too far away and the person next to the driver told me no, we're "x" amount of km away. We then passed the beach area and the bus driver showed no signs of stopping which is when I said something. When I was let off the bus we were 10-15 minutes away from Kep tourism office where I should've been dropped off. There was no tuktuk/grab and I had to hitch hike back. There was no apology from the driver.

Firstly, the company called us several times to tell us to come to their station immediately (giving us only five minutes from their message to get there) because they wanted us to board a bus an hour earlier than the one we’d booked. We said we could be there in twenty minutes, and they said to come then. However, when we arrived they simply told us we would have to wait for our original bus. When the bus did arrive, the driver only drove us for about 5 minutes before suddenly stopping on the side of the road and telling us to get out and change vehicles so he could go back to Kampot. We had to get into a car with a completely different driver with no clear affiliation to the company. Because there were two of us it was ok, and we did get to Kep with the new driver. However, overall it was very unprofessional and if you were a girl alone it could be very daunting.

Bus left reasonably on time and was only a 30 minute journey. It obviously didn’t matter for such a short journey, but the two buses we took for this day trip with Vibol (Kampot to Kep return) were oldest/dirtiest (due to age/cleaning, not trash) minivans we’ve travelled in in Cambodia (comparing with 4-5 journeys with one other company, then 1 journey with another).
