I booked last minute. It was very easy to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. They replied within half an hour and the driver picked me up earlier than planned because I had already arrived. We arrived to the train station from Hue and they were fine to collect us from there instead of the airport We booked with an hour buffer in case of train delays, but the train arrived on time in Da Nang so they were able to collect and drop us off early in Hoi An Had a modern SUV collect and drop us off in Hoi An with one other couple sharing the journey. Fantastic service would use again.
