The seat cabin was good but it was hard to sleep with the drivers talking loud through the night and the constant honking of the horn. They also werent friendly.

First experience on a night bus and it exceeded my expectations. Pick up service very helpful (WhatsApp communication in the hour before). The single cabin was very comfortable: usb charger, pillow, blanket, a bottle of water and a refreshing tissue. The bus was on time (even some minutes ahead of schedule)

The experience was excellent. Just few point to be highlighted regarding the vehicle. The AC fun in my seat was broken and could not be switched off, the screen didn’t work “no signal”. Everything else was perfect.

Trip from hue to tam coc. Usual trouble at the pick up because of the poor English of the staff. Ask always to check the paper that they have, and ask anybody you see. Besides that theltrip was really good. Cabin was comfortable, charger worked. I slept all the way! We arrived ahead of schedule

Bus itself was nice. Cabin alright and we'll equipped with pretty much anything u need,which is good. The driver better change job tho. Drove like a dog and felt like he was totally careless of being carrying people sleeping. not sure I would do it again tho.

They changed our bus schedule because there were no seats at the time we wanted. The bus was late. We arrived two and a half hours late at our destination, and the delay wasn't due to traffic.
