Train was cancelled mid way through journey so we didn’t get to see the Hi Van Pass and won’t have time to see it now. We were waiting for a long time before gaining any clarity on what was happening and told conflicting information several times. However, they did sort moving us onto a rail replacement bus which was also comfortable.

The trip lasted around two hours with one quick toilet break, and the driver got us to our destination quickly. Driving felt fast, but that seems to be the norm here and I never felt unsafe during the journey. The main downside was the pickup. The driver arrived about an hour late and communication beforehand was very poor. It would have been helpful to know about the delay so we could plan accordingly. When he did arrive, he also didn’t let us know he was there. We ended up spotting the van on the street about 20 minutes after the agreed time, and there were already two passengers inside waiting. That said, the driver did a very kind thing during the ride by stopping to buy everyone sweet bread from a roadside stand, which was a really thoughtful gesture and they were delicious. Overall, the ride itself was smooth and fast, but the late pickup and lack of communication meant we arrived about an hour later than planned.

Although 8:00 p.m. was agreed, the driver arrived at the agreed stop at 7:00 p.m. We waited until 8:30 and then took a taxi from Hue to Da Nang. Although we tried several times, it was not possible to contact the operator. We are very upset and disappointed with how we have been treated and expect the organiser to come to us to find a regulation.

Driver was going FAST as expected and hoped. Ride was quite bumpy though. Sitting in the back my stomach went almost funny. Vehicle could use some maintenance regarding it's cushions etc. Would use this service again since they are very much on time but if you are looking for a relaxed ride, get yourself a train ticket at the station and enjoy the scenic, less bumpy route.

Comfortable Bus. We started on time. But for no reason we made a 30 Minute stop, so we were over 30 minutes late at our destination sadly. Without the stop we would habe been on time

easy to organize online, but picked a 1:45 departure thinking it was a PM departure not AM!! Thankfully the local company was very helpful and changed the time to 13:45!
