The pick-up was fine even though we had to transfer because the original vehicle had a flat tire. The issue was the driver of the limousine. The roads were wet and he took way too many risks constantly passing the vehicles in front of us, on solid lines, on bridges. An on-coming truck swerved to miss us. Very nerve racking.

Great service, super prompt and very comfortable. Peaceful Journey was really great at communicating prior to and during travel. We booked our connection pretty late the night before for an early start and their staff contacted us within a few minutes to confirm drop off and pick up points! Great service overall, highly recommended.

Pickup was perfect. About drop out, i wish the driver would have let me in front of my hotel which was right on our way, rather than 800m further. He should have ask before.

The transfer was !!!3 hours!!! delayed. The only seat left was the one in the middle next to the driver.

The website is very easy to use, book, and I received confirmation via email quickly. Hotel pickup in a small car, which then took us to a small bus (limousine), which then took a circuitous route, stopping 5-10 times for various pickups/drop-offs. As we were the last to arrive, the limousine bus was already full, so we sat in the very back with no seatbelts and on top of the bouncy rear axle. Later, when we got closer to Pu Luong, we were dropped off again, and anothet small car picked us up. Duration of trip was longer than expected as a result, but still about 5 hours. It's a good option, in a pinch, but a private car would have only cost $10 USD more than what I payed and immeasurably more comfortable and direct.

The driver was driving really fast and dangerously. We almost had an accident (the van was about to fall over after a very abrupt turn) and even though we told the driver to slow down he didn’t listen. Everyone in the car was stressed and felt unsafe! Such a poor service! And last but not least, the seatbelts were broken so it was the perfect mix to feel unsecure. I will not travel with Daichi ever again!!!!
