The driver was smoking inside the bus, a horrible smell throughout the trip. Could not breath well. An asthmatic couldn't have survived. The driver was also very unfriendly. I only give one star because zero star is not available.

Stuff were all quite harsh and rude. Bus was fine but nothing special. Next time I would pick someone else if I had another option.

The driver was smoking during the trip, it was felt in cabin. Smoking is common thing in Vietnam, but as a traveler I don't want to breathe that shit. It must be proper isolation of the air circulation. Especially in the first 4 cabins/capsules.

The pick up point said hanoi opera house but no bus came there at all. When I contacted the bus hotline number they told me the pick up will be somewhere else and luckily arranged a grab car for me and 2 other passengers waiting at the opera house like me. Then we drove almost 30mins away to their main office which was a little hut somewhere near the expressway, very weird and unclear situation. I was just happy when the bus drove off and we reach phong nha in the evening.

The seats were very comfortable, and the welcome was warm. A bottle of water was included. It was very noisy because of the air conditioning. But at the and we were happy to travel through the night comfortably.

The bus left 30 minutes early and arrived 2,5h too soon. Normally I wouldn't complain about beeing faster by more than 2 hours, but if you plan transport and other things arround sheduled times.. that's annoying to say atleast.
