If I would not contact operator after 1/2 hour delay, I would be forgotten on pick up point. Vehicle not in standard as declared. Seats maximum for 1,7, hight otherwise problem. Is not sleeper but semisleeper, confusing by ordering. Driver was fine and helpful.

We were given the address to wait for the bus in Hanoi but we were not told what to expect. We arrived there and there was no bus station or anything about buses, a woman of a shop told us it's the correct place and we should wait. Then a small bus arrived but it was only a transfer to the sleeper bus (also we did not know that, and nobody explained so many of us thought that was the bus that would take us to Mi Cang Chai). So, we were a bit lost in all the steps. We would have liked a bit more of information about the process.

I was under the climatizer all night long, so cold alway, they wake up me at 6h on the morning and left us 17km before our destination.. how it’s possible ?!? And for ending I lost my glasses on the bus and they never find them.. they were on my bed.. so very complicated this travel..

The pick-up was on time and uncompleted. The comfort in the bus was good. For me (1,88m tall) was it a bit complicated to fit in the bed. But all in all I could sleep and that matters. We had a delay from 1,5h, but that's not a big problem for us.

The bus come so late, we were waiting in a car with two people more in the middle of nothing. The drivers was so rude, they are laughting by us, and speaking in their lenguage knowing we didnt understand anything. It was so bad expirience with them.
