Changed departure time from 14:10 to 13:30 - but accommodated our being late by picking us up elsewhere in town at 13:45 Bus was new and seats in back looked comfy but they’ll sell tickets for two in front of van too so you could get either

My limousine was so comfortable, the driver had excellent communication and WhatsApp’s me the day before to confirm my trip and rang me when he was on his way. The trip went so quickly and we stopped over half way through for a toilet break. I’ve booked again for my next transfer. Thank you!

The bus was 40 minutes late. It was very hot with no shade at the pick up point, The Hanoi Opera House. The drivers were very nice. It would be good to have usb c cable outlet to charge phone.

The communication was good, pick-upnwas okay, we had to change the car, but that was no problem. There were no seatbelts so we didn't feel safe.

Very comfortable trip. The pick up location was a bit difficult to find. There was a switch from a van to the actual bus in Hanoi. Panoramic bathroom brake. Overall great experience!

We took the mini bus from Hanoi to Chai Mau and it was great! First a smaller bus brought us from Old Town to a bigger van. The van was old but comfortable, the driver drove well and we stopped at a beautiful viewpoint plus shop for a (toilet) break. In total the journey did take a little longer (12:30-17:00) but that was fine.
