I was given the wrong location for pickup even though I emailed the night before, I was then transferred to 4 different cars. Great they got me there in the end, there was also no communication of what was happening just kept getting told to get into the next one and hope I was going to the right place.

Not pleased with this service as operator didn’t share pick up info to driver ( along arrangements made 2 months earlier) Plus I paid to a VIP van 11 and ended up travelling in a Bus. Bus was comfortable and clean though.

Bus arrived 1 hour late for the pick up and no one was in the office of the pick up point. Also, no team member nor the support reacted to my messages about the status and situation. The driver took longer breaks as indicated and communicated. Thus, we arrived 1.5 hours later than planned.
