This provider was excellent. I was contacted by them and they picked me up closer to my hotel, which was a big further from the city center. The bus was very late due to a big traffic jam.

They sent me information about my bus number. In the right time I was standing in front of their office. The bus with exactly my number rode in front of me and didn’t stop. I was waving my hand but the driver didn’t stop anyway. I spent an hour calling the phone number written in the ticket and texting to whatsapp where they contacted me a day ago. In whatsapp nobody replied in that time. When I called first time to the phone number a man answered but he didn’t know even a single English word. So he hanged up the call and never answered me again. I was standing at the pickup point for around an hour since my bus rode in front of me. Only after an hour one man arrived to the office so he managed to provide me a sit in another bus. But it’s not normal that my bus didn’t pick me up, that I was standing for more than an hour without any answer from the company. And it’s definitely not normal that the company which provides touristic transportation (everyone in the bus was European, there were absolutely no Vietnamese passengers) don’t have English speaking support in case of troubles

Was very confusing on where to get picked up from and then I had two different drivers trying to contact me and give me different instructions. Then we had to change buses into a worse bus after I paid for the premium seats in a limousine. The seats were pretty uncomfortable and my arm rest was broken. Disappointed since I paid extra for good seats and got stuck on a crap bus. Other than that it was an alright trip.
