I had booked for a ride for 12:30 I was sent a message at 11:36 that the vehicle was experience technical difficulties and asked me to take a 2:00 ride. I said it was inconvenient for me, but there was nothing they could do. After I requested the pick me up at my hotel. They agreed to have a vehicle pick me up at 1:30. Not long after the arrangement I went out to kill some time. I received a call from a very similar number that Agoda gave me as the contact persons number saying that his friend had told him I wanted an earlier rider which I told them I was uncomfortable with that. Then I receive another call from another driver asking where I was and that the office person in charge of the account was on lunch break and could not message me. I again told him unless the number I was given messages me. I would not be comfortable. Finally there was a limousine at my hotel at 1:15(good thing I went back early) and the limousine was already packed with a really uncomfortable seat. On our way, we stopped at the side of the road to pick up another customer making the ride completely uncomfortable. Definitely not the service or communication I was expecting and being a tourist by myself in a country where I didn’t speak the language made the whole experience uncomfortable. However, I did get to my destination and so I guess that was definitely a plus. The person communicating with me did try their best to solve my problem.

The armchairs might be comfortable, but unfortunately for me they were already taken. The bench seat at the back isn't great.

Driver was good; however its the issue with saigondmc support team. They need to be bit more responsive, they provided a hotline number to be contacted via whatsapp, but never once replied, and then eventually replied to an email.
