Francisco We waited two and a half hours for a night bus with beds that we had booked. We were completely forgotten and, without any prior notice, we were placed on another company’s bus. During that time, we received no information at all, and when we asked, no one gave us any explanation.
When we were finally moved, it was to a bus in poor condition. About 24 of us spent an hour and a half traveling in very uncomfortable seats.
The organization was nonexistent from start to finish. No one took responsibility, no one showed up to help, and there was a constant feeling of complete abandonment. We paid for a comfortable night service with beds and basic guarantees, and what we got was the opposite: improvisation, lack of information, and unacceptable conditions.
The lack of hygiene and planning was especially serious. Having to use beds that had already been used by other passengers, without any cleaning or preparation, is simply unacceptable. On top of that, they hadn’t even properly counted the passengers, to the point that two girls had to share a bed.
This was not just a delay or a minor inconvenience, but a chain of poorly managed mistakes that turned the trip into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. At no point were we offered an apology, compensation, or a proper alternative.
In summary, a terrible service, with arrival at 5:00 a.m. instead of 2:00 a.m., nonexistent customer service, and an experience I would not recommend to anyone. If you are thinking of traveling with this company, I strongly suggest looking for any other option

Avery JVery nice new bus, very clean, water provided, massage chairs. Drivers were fantastic. One of the drivers even shared a snack with me, very kind. Only comment I would add is I was a bit confused when they swapped out drivers halfway through. I was the only one in the bus at night and didn’t know what was going on, but I soon realized they have two drivers to take different shifts. Everything was great.

John WThe "limousine" turned out to be a Ford Transit minibus with only nine large very comfortable seats - plenty of room. It left a few minutes late but arrived on time. A 20 minute rest stop in the middle of the journey was welcome. The driver negotiated the twisty road with skill and safety.
