Very friendly Contact with the operator. Pick up and drop off at the Hotel and erverything on time. The Driver stoped a few times for toilet. That was over all a very great experience.

Really good, and most important for Vietnam: the bus left on time without an agent writing you the schedule needs to change like in other companies. Recommended!

Was good, but the bus arrived late to pick us up and on the outskirts of hanoi we were randomly switched to another bus. Due to the language barrier we did not know where we were heading but all worked out.

Bus was 1 hour late, The guy who picked us up from the office and gave us the seating in the bus wasn’t friendly at all. It was really hard to communicate with him. We arrived at destination at 3:50 instead of 2am.

The driver was rude, speeding a lot, and didn't let us sleep on the bus when we arrived at 4 am which he had already confirmed before our departure. Bus was nice, movie and sound quality pretty bad.
