The service was excellent and the rooms very cute. The beds were very very hard. Wish I had my inflatable mattress to put on top. Also the blanket to lie on and cover with wasn't easy when it was so uncomfortable

Our experience with Laman Express' train ride was very good. Our cabin was very nicely prepared & our attendant/porter was excellent. (However, communicating with "12go" was a nightmare.)

A lot of traffic meant we were late but I can not fault the support and the driver. Bus was comfy and stopped frequently for food, drinks, and bathroom. We had a small issue and it was resolved very quickly and professionally via WhatsApp. Thank you Saba travels

The bus arrived almost one hour late and given we are told to arrive 45 mins early meant we waited for two hours in the rain with no communication from the bus company.

The confirmation came to late, the ticket I finally received couldn’t be found in the system so that I couldn’t take the planned bus. I needed to pay additionally for a upgrade to travel to the intended place. I complained but still haven’t got a reaction.

I had a great experience on the Laman express . We were escorted to our rooms from platform and given a complimentary drink and there was a box of a snacks too.
