Got there on time but the driving was terrible and scary - even for Vietnam. The rest of the staff were nice and we got dropped off at our accommodation. I have done other trips with them and not had this problem it is just that driver.

Excellent! The bus ride, ferry, and 2nd bus ride went very smoothly. The ride manager had excellent communication. What we were supposed to do and what was going to happen next was very clear. When I was dropped off at my hotel I was waiting to go to the other side of the street where I was pretty sure my hotel was. The manager did not take off right away; but he made sure I knew where the hotel was. I was very impressed.
