The driver first drove in the wrong direction to take a man with a big bag near the aurport. Then he drove another highway back towards the center of Hanoi. After 1 1/2 hoirs we were on the correct highway direction to north. After a change of the limousine to a small public bus we reached the booked hotel in Ban Gioc 2 hours late at 7.30 pm!

We got there but the driver drove like an absolute madman. I don’t mind a speedy journey but he was overtaking with zero visibility, couple of emergency brakes due to that, drove with screeching tires through the mountain roads. Bus was full of people. We feared for our lives and were glad when it was over.

I booked this the night before and got a confirmation within an hour. Not long after I received a WhatsApp message saying the pick up would be an hour earlier which was fine but just bare this in mind when booking. We got dropped off directly to our hostel which was great.

Very helpful, picked us up from a different location when we accidentally went to the wrong pick up address. Also saved the front seat for us on request as we get bus sick. Would definitely choose this service again.

great service! They contacted me via whatsapp and could pick me up from the hotel in Hanoi. The driver is experienced, we arrived with no delay and also did a 30min lunch break and one more toilet break. The roads are a bit crazy, but it is Asia :) so nothing unusual

They did not pick me up in the hotel as described. They informed me last minute that I had to walk (10 mins) to a pick-up point. They sent a grab scooter to collect me there. This would not have worked if I had luggage with me. Other than that the journey was okay.
