Terrible experience. Only smooth bit was taking my money for a very poor service.sold as a limousine service I was sat in the front of a minibus on a seat too small for two average people placed there, knees against the dashboard and left knee banging against gear lever every bump. The drivers elbow banged into me every time he changed gear. An awful five hours when the advertised trip showed I would be sat in an armchair. Complained to 12Go indicating I only needed an explanation, reply was SILENCE. By all means sell that seat but show that is the product you are getting.

Bus was on time, arrival was at 5:30am in Cao bang bus station. Bet was comfortable, there were 1 toilet stop, not everyone had a pillow and a blanket, my boyfriend said he was cold the hole night. I had my pillow to the window side & I was very happy with the temperature.

It was a long ride. We had a delaye for 1,5 hours because of other pick ups. The road was very bumpy that got us carsick.

Good thing: We arrived at our destination and were dropped off at our hotel. After waiting for 1 hour our driver arrived. He threw out the trash on the street and helped us carry our luggage into the van. He didn’t speak English and we weren’t 100% completely sure if this was our driver. The ride was fast but had many stops along the way. He drove like Max Verstappen and overtook as many drivers as possible even on the small and narrow roads.

The driver first drove in the wrong direction to take a man with a big bag near the aurport. Then he drove another highway back towards the center of Hanoi. After 1 1/2 hoirs we were on the correct highway direction to north. After a change of the limousine to a small public bus we reached the booked hotel in Ban Gioc 2 hours late at 7.30 pm!

We got there but the driver drove like an absolute madman. I don’t mind a speedy journey but he was overtaking with zero visibility, couple of emergency brakes due to that, drove with screeching tires through the mountain roads. Bus was full of people. We feared for our lives and were glad when it was over.

I booked this the night before and got a confirmation within an hour. Not long after I received a WhatsApp message saying the pick up would be an hour earlier which was fine but just bare this in mind when booking. We got dropped off directly to our hostel which was great.

Very helpful, picked us up from a different location when we accidentally went to the wrong pick up address. Also saved the front seat for us on request as we get bus sick. Would definitely choose this service again.
