A three -hour journey took four hours, largely due to all the stops picking up locals, who then stood on the aisles and/or played loud music on their phones. I should have paid a bit extra and gone with Sipratours!

We took the van from Essaouira to Marrakech. Departure was at 12:00, with a scheduled arrival at 14:00. A small delay would have been understandable, but our driver forced us to stop at a gas station for about 30 minutes (which might be acceptable if he needed a break). After that, he was constantly using his phone and driving extremely slowly. In the end, we arrived almost two hours late. We had appointments in Marrakech that we were unable to attend because of the driver’s delay, and we are therefore requesting a refund for the activities we missed. Moreover, the website states that the trip takes two hours (from 12:00 to 14:00), which we believe is misleading. Even with a more efficient driver, the journey would realistically take around three hours. We chose the van instead of the bus specifically because we needed to arrive by 14:00, or at the latest 14:30. For these reasons, the information on the website is inaccurate, the driver significantly contributed to the delay, and as a result we missed our scheduled appointments.

I had booked the transfer from Essaouira to Marrakesh, and it was smooth and comfortable. We even stopped halfway through the trip for a lovely tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.

The bus was clean, comfortable and perfectly on time. Voucher took longer than it says on the site but eventually arrived before the departure. The support was not very helpful when I replied as instructed in the payment received mail.

The bus was not the same one as on the picture, MUCH LOWER standard. We arrived one hour later then planned. The only positive aspect was that the driver allowed us to get off a bit before the bus stop so we had closer to accommodation

Our journey was great, we showed up late at the bus station (our fault) the staff were so helpful making sure we were on the correct bus. The journey was smooth and uneventful, also arriving on time. Thank you.
