The vehicle was pretty much on time but we somehow ended up arriving two hours later than planned at the destination because we had to stop for long periods of time. That resulted in me missing check-in for my flight and nearly missing the whole flight.

We didn't arrive on time but with a delay of 1 hour on our way back. The worse thing was that I felt very unsafe on our way back. It seemed like the bus driver was either drunk or very distracted by his phone which was placed in front of him and played videos. He couldn't keep a straight line on the railway which was very unsettling. Moreover, when we got off the ferry, he already started driving when not everyone was on the bus. That is very rude and discomforting.

Miscommunication happened, bus came to the hotel 30min early and pushed us into going in, taking our luggage from the reception without consent. As a group of 7, we were not all together in advance, so we refused going in. Then, we had to contact the agency by phone and depart from their office instead (it was only 150m away or so). However, this is not the type of service I was expecting, given the volume of Daiichi buses going in and out of Cat Ba daily.

In general good service. But lot of time wasted to pick up everyone at there hotel in Cat Ba, I thought it was done before 8:30 (the time booked) that's why we went to pick up point directly. Arrived about 30min later the time indicated. Travel a bit tireing as you have to change from bus then ferry then bus again.
