From Hanoi to Cao Bang, The toute is minimum 6:30h, not 5h like advertised, the route back took 5:30h, but we drive like in stolen truck :D. Car is comfortable, drivers are faaaast, departure time 30m-1h late.. overall great option to get to the north and back.. just count with time gaps when booking another connecting rides or trips.

Staff was really helpful, one stop on halfway. Beds were comfy but little bit shorter. For me 170cm it was smaller then other buses whst we took. But for my boyfriend who is 190cm tall its really small, but still more comfortable for him then bus or buslimoisine

Overbooked and picked up local passegers and dropped them along the way for free. Driver was late. Halfway thru trip we stopped and driber thrrew oir bags in a second van. Until we asked what was hsppening we had no idea we were to swap vans and drivers. No communication at all. Drivers were both taking risks when overtaking other vehicles to try to make up the time we lost accomodating non paying passenders taking up space in the van

The arrival time was supposed to be at 6 pm but it became 8:30 pm, and the hotel was 4 mins away and he told us no to drive us there even it was more than 2 hours late

The same bad experience like with the trip to Ban Gioc, that the driver did not drive straightly to the destination, but let local people ride with the limousine and in one case we even waited for a local woman. This detours are absolutely no-goes!

The driver was great this time. No risky manoeuvres or speeding. 👍 The annoying bits were that we booked for 2pm and were pushed to 3pm on short notice. No big drama but then the driver only rocked up another 40mins later. No comms from the operator. The drive itself then took close to 7 hrs as opposed to the 5:30hrs that are posted on the website. Didn’t hit any traffic or roadworks - not sure how they usually make it in 90mins less. Only arrived in Hanoi half past 11 (as opposed to 8pm) and had to sprint to make it to the hotel check-in in time. No dinner that night. Bus was OK but seat belt was broken, couldn’t adjust seat angle and all charge-ports we tested weren’t working. We got there in the end but there is room for improvement.

Very good except that we had the two places at the very back of the bus and down seats and the motor is vibrating a lot which makes me unable to sleep… for the same price as other places i think it’s not fair and too expensive :)

Everything went smoothly from the pick up to the time it took to drop us off , unlike the other van we took to get up there that took 7h+ for a 5h journey. ( I believe this was a different company )
