Great experience in VIP room on sleeper train. A few snacks and drinks provided. Toilets and wash basins clean throughout. Quite loud and bumpy. Partner slept brilliantly although I only got a few hours. Still, highly recommend for the experience and ease of travel.

Not easy to understand what to do with the coupon. On the PDF it says, go to physical counter to get a physical ticket, but it’s not the case really. Cabin was spacious enough for 4 people, some snacks and water bottle provided. Air conditioning was dysfunctional before we boarded, but was fixed less than an hour after departure.
