It was a good train ride but we were disappointed that we didn't get the cabin that we had booked and paid for and expected to have.We booked a 'VIP' 2-berth cabin, but we ended up with a 4-berth cabin (and obviously paid the price for 4 berths). Therefore, our cabin was not as comfortable as it should have been, as we weren't able to have proper upright seating. We would be more careful next time to make sure we got what we paid for, if we book anything again.

I booked a bottom berth. When I checked in, the agent told me I was to be in a different car but still in a bottom berth. When I arrived someone else had been assigned that seat and the scroll on the bed had his name. I had to take a top berth in another compartment and none of the agents on board would help. Otherwise th train is clean and attractive. The beds are very hard but still aside from these things I enjoyed the ride.

We had third level bed. There was very little space, you couldn't even sit down. But for a sleeper train it does the job..

Great trip but you have to be aware that the rails and the wagons are old, so a bit bumpy and noisy, but I slept well.

The trip was fine and nice. But the booking process lacks transparency: we got a quick confirmation and a voucher was sent. This voucher needed to be exchanged for another voucher or boarding pass and this took about an hour, with the help of the train station attendant, to sort this out. It was said this could be done at the station, but finally the valid voucher was sent by email.
