Thai airline to fly Pattaya waterpark cartoons

A Thai budget airline and the proprietors of a recently opened Pattaya waterpark have sealed an agreement on advertising rights. From next April, the fuselages of THAI Smile’s aircraft will be adorned with the logos and cartoon characters of the Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark.

Park operators Amazon Falls have bought advertising space along the whole lengths of the carrier’s fuselages. Company CEO Liakat Sultan Dhanji told reporters that the sight of Amazone’s logo and popular cartoon characters should elevate the profile of the park and entice families as well as international tourists into visiting.

Over at THAI Smile, CEO Woranate Laprabang stated that the branded livery collaboration would advertise Thailand as a happy and fun destination. He added that the tie-up was a win-win situation for both parties and was bound to attract attention from the general public.

Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark opened its doors just over two months ago and provides exhilarating experiences for young and old alike. A total of 30-plus rides to suit all tastes together with the opportunity of meeting Cartoon Network characters such as Ben 10 and Flapjack have proved a big hit with Asian visitors.
