Pattaya to Host Ocean Marina Boat Show November 21–24

The eighth edition of Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show, Thailand is scheduled for 21-24 November 2019. Last year, almost 6,000 guests visited the show with the number expected to be 20 percent higher this time.

There will be around 40 boats on display by leading international boat brands and brokers from around the world. Besides boats, a wide range of marine products and accessories will be presented during the show as well as luxury properties and super cars.

The signature live on-water demonstrations will be also featured in the program over the four days of the show. Free yacht cruises, sunset cruises, sun downers, fashion shows, pop-up restaurants and lots of activities for all the family to enjoy are planned making Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show a 'must go' destination for families.

The organizers of the show invest over 10 million baht yearly to promote the event overseas and across Thailand. The show aims to become a platform for the industry of marine-related businesses and services and yachting tourism. It also promotes the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand that boasts a picturesque coastline and a scattering of scenic islands as a prime destination for yachting tourism.

In 2018, Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show helped Thailand's marine industry to generate 2.5 billion baht. While tourism in Thaialnd in general goes through its not brightest days, yachting tourism continues florishing and contributes significantly to the tourism sector.
