The offer runs through until 5 October 2014 and applies to Thai AirAsia flights from 15 January to 30 March 2015. The basic THB490 fare is available on flights from Bangkok’s Don Muang to locations such as Udon Thani, but it is THB100 more to Chiang Mai and Surat Thani. Flights to the holiday isle of Phuket are THB690.
There are also bargains to be had on Thai AirAsia international routes with Phuket to Kuala Lumpur fares starting out at THB1,190 and Phuket to Singapore on offer at THB1,490. Commenting on the latest promotion, Airline CEO Tassapon Bijleveld said low fares had driven AirAsia’s growth and provided passengers with real alternatives.
He continued by saying low fares had given Thai and international travellers an economic means of enjoying the delights of Thailand and Southeast Asia. The CEO finished with the claim that the Fly-Thru service was convenient for passengers who wished to link domestic and international flights together to travel farther afield.
