Hello Taste Thailand, Would You?

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has issued a new guidebook for foodies. Named 'Hello Taste Thailand' the new guidebook will help food travellers make the most of their trip to Thailand navigating their way through the yummiest destinations around the country.

Food tour programs on offer were created in collaboration with experienced gastronomic tour companies to ensure tourists will get the most positive culinary experience during their food adventure in Thailand.

The guidebook features suggested itineraries with the accent on culinary experiences but encompassing also the most interesting local attractions in Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chanthaburi, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Surat Thani (including Koh Samui). All these itineraries are developed for independent travellers – no need to book tours. But for those who prefer organized activities, there is a special section dedicated to the 8 best selling food trips from the leading tour operators in Bangkok

The last but not least: the destinations, venues, and dishes mentioned in the guidebook were chosen with an idea of 'instagramability' in mind to encourage tourists to share their epicurean adventures on social media. The pdf version of the guidebook in English can be downloaded from TAT's official website.
