Where and How Singaporeans Love to Travel – KAYAK Travel Awards Winners Are Announced

More winners of 2018 Travel Awards – this time from KAYAK Singapore. It is the inaugural ranking and they manage to surprise us in several categories!

KAYAK Singapore Travel Awards are all about brands and companies the Singaporeans love and choose for travel and leisure. No wonder that all airlines-related nominations are dominated by Singaporean Airlines: it has been voted the best short- and long-haul airline, favourite airline, favourite crew and favourite inflight F&B. You can guess the winner in the 'Favourite Airport' category, too. Yes, it is Singapore Changi Airport. We totally agree!

And now to Singapore's favourite destinations – here the geography of the winners is wider. For short breaks the Singaporeans look first in the direction of Bali, Indonesia and then – Bangkok, Thailand. For longer holidays they'd rather think Tokyo and London. If the beach is what they are after, they would prefer to go to Bali or Phuket, Thailand. And if they need to save some bucks in their pockets, they would buy tickets to... Hong Kong in the first place and then probably to Hanoi, Vietnam. Finally, Chiang Mai in Thailand and Yogyakarta in Indonesia have been named the two best trending destinations – and here we simply cannot disagree (and we have already booked our tickets there, book yours!)
