Amazing Thai Uniqueness App to Help Tourists Get Most of Their Trip

'The Amazing Thai Uniqueness', a mobile application launched recently by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will help tourists to better research and plan their travel to the Land of Smiles. But it is only in the Thai language, oups.

The application contains a wealth of information, interesting and cultural facts about Thailand, its history, landmarks, traditions, food, beliefs, legends and more. The information is presented in the form of texts, photos, videos, and infographics. The content was developed and produced by the experts of the country's tourist industry and is absolutely reliable. The Governor of the TAT encouraged both tourists and tour guides to use the app to get and provide a deeper insight into local life.

The first phase of the app covers only Bangkok and 11 other provinces including Chiang MaiPhuketAyutthayaSukhothai, Kanchanaburi, Samut Songkhram, Chonburi, Chanthaburi,  Ubon Ratchathani, Sakon Nakhon, and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Other destinations will be added step by step. It is not yet clear whether the English language version will be produced as well but if yes, it would be of great help to those travellers and expats who are interested in a deeper undestanding of the Thai culture.
