On 7 November the main carrier of China Air China launched first direct flight Beijing-Chiang Mai, today the airline offers one more flight to northern gateways of Thailand from Wuhan (central China).

On 7 November the main carrier of China Air China launched first direct flight Beijing-Chiang Mai, today the airline offers one more flight to northern gateways of Thailand from Wuhan (central China).

The new route will be operated two times a week on Tuesday and Friday with Airbus A320 aircraft. The flight leaves Tianhe International Airport at 19:30 and arrives in Chiang Mai International Airport at 22:00. The return flight departs Chiang Mai at 23:00 and lands in Wuhan at 02:45.

Chiang Mai becomes more and more popular among Chinese tourists, this second large city of Thailand soon might become the first destination of the country.
