It smelled very strong of petrol all the way, and we were 1h late to gili air already, sonetime along the way, the boat stopped in the middle of the ocean - i mean i understand that the conditions were bad, but a little bit of Info or setting the time better in advance would help! On the port it was super chaotic as we were led to the boat but then onto the raft with at least 4 other operators and no idea where to board our boat, since it doesn't say "starfish" on the boat. Well and it was overbooked

The trip was announced to take 2 hours, that’s why we choose this one but finally it tooks more than 3 hours with stop at nusa penida and Gili Trawangan Le voyage était annoncé comme mettant 2h pour relier Bali à Gili Air mais finalement nous avons mis plus de 3 heures avec des arrêts à Nusa Penida et Gili Trawangan

Booked with starfish but travelled with tanis fast cruise, left 15 minutes late and travel time was an hour longer. We had specifically paid a little more to be on the faster boat/fewer stops.
