Waited for 2 hours. 3 different limousines from the same company came and went by. Me and 4 others were asked by all drivers to wait for 5 more mins for the next one and the theme repeated. Took an hour to find a contact number and got a response after 2.5 asking where i was. But by then I had already left for Hanoi by taxi. They have not even refunded my ticket yet or not even an apology.

All the drivers were on their phone almost the entire time, the minivan almost drove into the guardrail multiple times because of it. Craziest and most dangerous driving I’ve seen on the entire trip. The seats in the minivan were comfortable though and we were on time.
