They changed the departure time from 9:30 to 9:00 and sent two different whatsapp messages with two different times. That was a little bit confusing but other than that it was a very comfortable, on time ride. We left Ninh Binh on 9:00.

The driver refused to take us to the old quarter he dropped us in an office, other client spoke with customer service but she also refused to ask the driver to take us where they were supposed to take us, so don’t expect to arrive to the precise address they specify haha

Tickets said drop off in Hanoi Old quarter, but driver dropped us all off next to opera. As we were all complaining he just said his app says to drop off here. And we all wrote a message to the company and just leaved our message on read. So they dropped off in hanoi but not on the dedicaded place. Needed to order extra grab.

We ordered a 11 seat luxury mini bus for our ride from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. At first we picked up with a full standard mini bus at the pickup poont, that drives us 10 minutes to another station where we changed to bigger bus. Was also comfortable but not what we ordered at 12go. The Bus drives to Honoi where we should change the vehicle a second time to a minibus to drive to the destination in the Hanoi old town. We skipped that part and took a grap.
