We had to get in and out of different vans around 3-4 times during the trips. The organisers doesn’t seem to have any control over who’s going where and how many people they are bringing. We were traveling as a pair, but every time they called my name, they seemed shocked that we were more than one, even though our ticket cleary stated two people. As we would say in Norway: it was an absolute «reindeer whittled goat hell»

The timing is not right. Not in a million years do they get on time in Hanoi. It includes changing busses in Ning binh city & again in the Hanoi outskirts, they also pick up people along the way. Drivers are rude and Don’t even listen if you ask something.

The journey included a non-comnunicated transfer and the bus not dropped us of at the designated drop-off point. We had to walk a long way to our hotel.
