In general, the trip was great, except that the driver Assistant was a bit rude and was smoking during the transit (just one cigarrete). The driver's driving was great.

The time of travel advertised is wrong. I booked the most expensive bus because it stated to take only 3hours to arrive, instead the journey was 4h30. The company messaged me on day prior to ask me to arrive 1h early as they changed the departure time last minute. I asked if we would then arrived earlier and they said no. The information concerning the journey is misleading which was really upsetting as I felt I could have saved money booking a cheaper option for the same travel time.
