Our bus got canceled so we had to take a smaller one and just got a small refund. The bus was way faster so we arrived in the middle of the night. People were stealing stuff in the bus

Sleeping was fine - the AC vents are only on one side of the cabin, so it still gets very hot and humid with the curtain pulled. It was just barely long enough but could have been another inch or two longer ideally. The massage bed was a nice touch, and everyone was quiet, which was also nice. Unfortunately, my bus left about two hours late which meant getting into Hanoi late. The luggage hold also leaked some water - rain, AC condensation, toilet, who knows - and my luggage got wet. Thankfully nothing important was beyond repair but several things now have minor damage.

Was a good ride, could sleep a little during the ride. There was a toilet onboard. Leg space was too little for my legs unfortunately.

The only issues I encountered were that the driver used the horn quite frequently in the morning, which felt a bit stressful, and that the bus assistant suddenly opened my curtain just before arrival. I would have preferred an announcement instead. Aside from these minor points, the bus was excellent, very comfortable and overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this ride.

Bus had three and a half hours delay. Backpacks and other things were stuffed in the aisle, you had to climb over it. Had to take my backpack into my cabin in order to avoid it getting crushed by people, especially crew trampling on it. Bus stop in Hanoi is 10km away from the center. Nice thick blankets provided, but no charging ports or lights.
