The transport ordered was a Van and it did not come, we were at the pickup place 40 min befor scheduled departure and they told us it will leave on time. then it occured it had a technical issue and there was no information about what is next…. at the end almost 1 h after scheduled departure they picked us up on a taxi to drive us to another pickup place where we were put into sleeper bus with no other option discussion. it was comfortable but not clean as we needed to take the places after the people who just got ot of it. we arrived in Da Nang 1.5h after scheduled arrival

For some reason every paasenger in the car got dropped off to their destination but I had to walk to mine from the last stop. Driver couldn't just drive another 5min to drop me off to mine.

We took a van to the Da Nang airport from Hue. The driver showed up 30 minutes late (we were the first to get in the car).We arrived ONE HOUR after the initial arrival time to the airport. Altogether we spent 3.5 hours to get to a location 2 hours away. Not okay. Would not use again. The pros were a responsive WhatsApp operator and that they picked us up from our hotel (only reason this is 2 stars not 1).

The driver arrived earlier, which was good, however the arrival time was the same. The back seats are not so comfy unfortunately, but the driver seemed to be driving safely and the van was clean

The pickup arrived 50 minutes early despite me reaching out via WhatsApp the moment I booked through 12go, asking them to confirm time and pick up location. Because they came so early, I hadn’t made it back to the hotel yet and had to rush back via Grab, pack quickly, and jump in the car. I understand pickup times can vary (up to 30 minutes) but proactive communication from the operator would have gone a long way. The driver did wait about 10 minutes while I grab biked back, checked out, and packed (which I appreciated and tipped him for), but the WhatsApp operator made it feel like the confusion was my fault. Would I use again? Probably. The price was fair, the journey was quick, and the driver was great. The issue is entirely with the WhatsApp operator, not the driver or the service itself.
