After 20min late, the driver spent more than 45 minutes looking for directions to pick up each other person from their homes while I had a specific meeting point, the journey took more than 3.5 hours instead of the 2 hours indicated. Then when I asked if he could drop me off at my hotel he refused while he dropped off all the other passengers wherever they wanted.

On time, nice bus, friendly staff . Toilets on the rest stop where reminiscent of the film Trainspotting but that was out of operators control.

Driver was going FAST as expected and hoped. Ride was quite bumpy though. Sitting in the back my stomach went almost funny. Vehicle could use some maintenance regarding it's cushions etc. Would use this service again since they are very much on time but if you are looking for a relaxed ride, get yourself a train ticket at the station and enjoy the scenic, less bumpy route.

Bad trip, the driver was late (1h30), and the company didn't send any communication. I got an answer from the Hotline 30 minutes after the planned departure, who told me to wait up to 10 minutes because of the traffic jam. Finally we had to wait 40 minutes more without any communication. We didn't expect the driver to come. According the others passengers, the driver was desorganized turning around in the city before picking us. We arrived 2h30 late
