Vehicle not in standard as declared. Seats maximum for 1,7, hight otherwise problem.
Is not sleeper but semisleeper, confusing by ordering.

Jimena AWe were given the address to wait for the bus in Hanoi but we were not told what to expect. We arrived there and there was no bus station or anything about buses, a woman of a shop told us it's the correct place and we should wait. Then a small bus arrived but it was only a transfer to the sleeper bus (also we did not know that, and nobody explained so many of us thought that was the bus that would take us to Mi Cang Chai).
So, we were a bit lost in all the steps. We would have liked a bit more of information about the process.

Lukas FThe pick-up was on time and uncompleted. The comfort in the bus was good. For me (1,88m tall) was it a bit complicated to fit in the bed. But all in all I could sleep and that matters. We had a delay from 1,5h, but that's not a big problem for us.
