The trip was very good, the guide during the bus and ferry ride always helpful and very friendly. We got picked up directly at our apartment, drove with a bus (also a short stop for snacks and toilet usage) to the harbour, onto a ferry without the bus, entered a new bus on Cat Ba Island and brought directly to our new destination location on the island. The communication regarding the pickup point and time could be clearer, as you can enter an adress during the booking process, but this never appeared in the confirmation. We contacted the operator and clarified pickup time and place - then everything worked smoothly.
