Das einzige positive an dieser Buchung war die Sleeper Ferry. Unser Bett war zwar nicht das beste, aber auf jeden Fall auch nicht das schlechteste also somit ok.
Das Problem begann erst danach. Wir landeten um 5 Uhr in Suratani am Hafen. Dort mussten wir bis 6 Uhr warten um von einem Mini Van abgeholt zu werden. Wir waren jedoch zu viele Personen sodass sogar ein apärchen übereinander sitzen musste. Wir waren die letzten die vom Hafen abgeholt wurden.Wir fuhren nur 5 Minuten zu einer Wartestation. Nach 30 Minuten wurden wir in den nä hsten aminivan geladet wieder befüllt bis aufs letzte. Nach 30 Minuten fahrt mussten wir wieder 30 Minuten warten um in einen anderen Van zu steigen.
Für die eigentliche Strecke von 3 Stunden mit dem Auto haben wir in Summe 8 Stunden benötigt von 5 Uhr in der Früh bis 13:00 Uhr….
Unverständlich für mich… Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen…

Everything was on time and worked out. The driver was at times on his phone not looking at the road. But, we got there in one piece.

Night boat was amazing. But transfer after was too long and we had to chance vans four times.

There are no details about the transfer and also about the differences in fares at the time of booking. We bought a ticket that said "sleeper boat" and had to sleep in the aisle, between the bunks, because the boat was full.
Talking to other passengers, we couldn't understand the logic or the difference in price for some people sleeping in beds in the air conditioning, and others crammed in the aisles outside the boat.
Then when we got on the van, the whole process was VERY disorganized. We had to get off the van at least 3 times, either to change vehicles or to check in. At no time was there an explanation about what we were doing, and the people were very rude and sometimes aggressive with the passengers.

The boat was overcrowded and I was made sleep on a walkway outside with a thin blanket. Once we got to the van we were made change 3 times.

So we took the boat departure at 9pm, it’s a sleeper boat so everyone have a bed ! They woke up us at 5am, then from surat Thani we waited for a van, and then another van, and then another van ! At usual you never know where or when you’re going but everything work, even if at the end we arrived 2 hours late ! And also with some extra money they drop you in front of your hotel/hostel (between 100 and 300 I guess it depends how far you are from the pier)
