Karen BIt was an easy pickup from my hotel and a fast drive to the harbor. I wish the operator had communicated with me to let me know that I was being picked up from my hotel. I ordered a Grab the night before to take me to the transfer station and had to cancel it in the morning when the tour driver texted me the pick up time. It was quite confusing.
