Boat transfer was ok but transfer from sanur to Uluwatu didn't happen. Was in Sanur Harbour at 12:30 itself. Transfer scheduled at 02:00 PM. Driver pinged at 02:20. Took a taxi. Worst operator

The boat ride was fine and left on time, but our ticket told us we would be arriving in Canggu at approximately 2pm. I recieved a text message on WhatsApp from the operating company the night before telling me that the car we would be taking to Canggu wouldn’t be leaving the pier until 2pm. we only got to our hotel around 4pm. Their communication was incredibly poor after that message and I had trouble getting ahold of them to clarify. Our driver was lovely and apologetic, but the company booked one too many passengers for the car so we had to leave someone behind. There was barely enough space in the car for the rest of us, I wasn’t able to fit into my seat at all so I could not use a seatbelt.

The boat trip was good, efficient and a smooth ride with everything being well organised. However, do not book the taxi transfer as a package deal. We waited nearly 3 hours for the driver to turn up and kept being lied to about their arrival time. Just book a grab or get a taxi from the port separately.

Amazing. Everything worked out very well. I had been informed with fotos via WhatsApp where to find his car after coming off from the ferry. We were just 2 in the car and I was even 30 min. earlier at my final destination. Great service 💯

I highly recommend this driver. He was very punctual, helped us with our luggage, drove excellently, and made sure the temperature in the car was comfortable. He is a very skilled driver and behaves courteously toward all other road users. A very nice guy!

I took transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Amed with this company, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. They were super attentive, helpful, and punctual. The boat was excellent, and the car was very comfortable and well air-conditioned, which made the trip even better. The driver was extremely careful, responsible, and professional. Truly top-notch service — I would rate it 10/10, especially when compared to another company I used before from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan. This really shows how important it is to do some research, because the difference between companies can be huge, even when the prices are quite similar. Congratulations to the whole team!
