Was under the impression that we would be travelling in a smaller bus for 6 passengers, ended up being a 14/16 seater. There wasn’t enough room for luggage in back of bus, so bags stacked in door entry. Tour guide had to stand as no seats left.

When we arrived at the train station and went to the platform we found that our train carriage wasn't on the train. Eventually we found that we had been moved from the 10 pm to the 10:40 pm train. We had received no prior notification of this. It was a stressful amd confusing situation. The actual train journey was fine.

30 minutes after scheduled pick up time we were still waiting and then public bus arrived to pick us up not the 6 person van we paid for. We should have just taken the bus and not booked through you and saved a lot of money
